Request an invite
Closed beta, a few trainers at a time. Tell us how you program and we reply by email, to everyone.
What it won’t do
- No medical advice. If a reason sounds like an injury, Spotter says so and suggests a referral.
- Nothing is sent on its own. A client sees a session only after you assign it.
- Your exclusions and substitution rules are yours to set. Suggestions stay inside them.
Questions
What does it cost?+
Nothing during the closed beta. Pricing is not set, and beta trainers hear first.
What happens to my data?+
Your clients, programs and logs stay yours and are used only to draft and track their sessions. We don't use your programs to train anything.
Does it write programs for me?+
It drafts from your own programming profile. You edit, approve and assign. Nothing reaches a client until you do.
Can my clients use it?+
Yes, by your invite. They open the session you sent and log reps, load and RPE on their phone.
What happens after I request an invite?+
We read your answer and reply by email. If it fits where the beta is, you get a link and a short setup call.
How it works, in detail
The tour is the short version. These pages go through each part the way you would ask about it.
- AI workout programming
How a draft is built from your profile and the client's history, and why you still approve every one.
- Exercise substitution
Say why an exercise won't work for a client and get three ranked alternatives that keep the session's intent.
- RPE-based programming
Clients log load, reps and RPE per set, and next week's draft is written from those numbers.
- Adaptive programming
Progression that follows your rules and the client's actual logs: add a rep, add load, or hold.
- Software for personal trainers
What Spotter is, what it isn't, and where it sits next to spreadsheets and all-in-one coaching platforms.
